3 Bedroom Villa
The newly built Noema Villa features three bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Modern aesthetics and decoration are abundant in the interior area, which cleverly combines the lofty atmosphere with elements of minimalism and brutalism.
Two of the bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each (which can be combined into double beds), and the third bedroom is equipped with a double bed. All of the bedrooms have 50” Smart TVs, and one of the bedrooms has its own private bathroom. In addition, there is a second bathroom with a shower.
The living room is vast and comfortable, featuring a 65” Smart TV, and the fully equipped kitchen features numerous appliances, such as a dishwasher, as well as a dining area for 8 persons.
Stepping outside, you will find a private, fenced area, where the magnificent swimming pool (with two 1.60m beds and a hydromassage function!) is prominent. The outdoors also offers a built BBQ, a sink, a built 4m x 2.5m sofa as well as a shaded dining area.
